Grief Writing Series: Starting Close to the One Becoming Undone
A 6-Week Writing Journey for Women Navigating Grief, Loss, and Transition
Dear Community,
I invite you to join me on a sacred 6-week writing journey, a gentle exploration into the depths of grief and its untold stories.
This series is for any woman who is navigating grief, whether it’s a recent loss or a longstanding sorrow, whether you find yourself in transition, facing a diagnosis, or experiencing a deep, internal unraveling.
If you long to connect with the hidden, creative, and unspoken parts of yourself, this space is for you.
The Theme: Starting Close to the One Becoming Undone
This series is an invitation to begin in the spaces that feel tender, raw, and unknown. We start in the quiet places, where your soul already knows the way. Through writing, we will explore the parts of ourselves that long to be seen, heard, and honored.
Grief, though it may feel like it pulls us down, is actually a guide, showing us where to go deeper, where to unearth new ways of loving, being, and honoring ourselves.
Why Write Through Grief?
Writing is a sacred conversation — a way to reach into the depths of yourself and start a new dialogue. It gives voice to the longings that have been buried beneath the weight of loss, pain, and loneliness. Grief, when carried without expression, can keep us from experiencing the richness of life, the joy that still awaits us.
But when we write, we free ourselves.
By committing to regular writing, we create a safe space to release the weight of grief, where you can show up just as you are — unfiltered and raw.
What You’ll Experience:
Weekly Writing Sessions: Together, we will explore the themes of grief, loss, and transformation through guided writing prompts. Each week, we will dive deeper into our stories, uncovering parts of ourselves that have been waiting for our attention.
Community Sharing: Writing is powerful in community. As you share your work with a group of trusted women, you’ll experience the power of being heard and seen. This collective witnessing builds faith in our capacity to hold sorrow without being consumed by it.
Ritual & Connection: Writing is more than a tool; it’s a ritual of healing. Through this series, we will create a nourishing container for our grief, a space where compassion, tenderness, and vulnerability are welcome. It is a place to pause, feel, and honor our emotional landscapes.
