Are you feeling the gravity of grief, isolated in your sorrow, and struggling to find the words to express the depth of pain you carry? Wondering why you're not “over it” yet?
Know this: You are not alone.
Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, navigating life’s uncertain transitions, or carrying unspoken sorrow, you are warmly welcomed here.
The question isn’t, Shouldn’t I be over this by now? but…
What is my soul longing to feel?
What is my sadness calling me to notice, to hold, to express, and to be present with?
When left unaddressed, grief can manifest as anxiety, physical discomfort, and emotional overwhelm, signaling the body’s cry for acknowledgment and tears of relief.
Grief is not a linear process—it does not operate on a timeline or follow a prescribed path. It is an invitation to listen deeply to what our hearts need.
I invite you to join me for a Free Grief Writing Workshop for Women, a sacred space where we will not seek to “fix” grief, but instead cultivate a compassionate relationship with it.
In this space, we will honor grief’s presence, allowing it to be expressed through writing, and discover the power of moving with grief rather than against it.
Why Grief Writing?
Grief is rarely something we are taught to navigate. Society often encourages us to suppress emotions, to hold back the tears, and to push ourselves to "move on."
Writing in community offers a safe space to lean into difficult emotions, allowing us to release and express what has been hidden. Through words, we begin to honor grief as an integral part of our journey, helping it move through us rather than stay trapped inside.
By turning towards our grief through writing and sharing with a trusted community, we create space for healing.
It’s a wonderful way to step in and step back out of grief again.
What You’ll Experience:
Writing Practice: Guided poetry and prompts to gently explore the emotions and memories that grief holds within you.
Community Sharing (Optional): A safe, non-judgmental space to share your words or simply listen, offering connection without the need for advice or correction.
Healing Expression: Use writing to honor grief as a sacred companion, helping it transform from a burden into a powerful, healing force.

This workshop is completely free and open to all women. No previous writing experience is necessary—just come with an open heart and a willingness to explore your grief.
