Dear Friends,
As the crisp air of fall settles in and the natural world begins to slow down, it’s the perfect time to turn inward. This time of year invites us to embrace stillness, step outside the hustle and bustle of the upcoming holidays, and find a space of deep connection with ourselves.
This is why I’m so excited to invite you to join me for a very special Intuitive Writing Workshop this December—a time for self-care, nourishment, and creative exploration.
Imagine nestling into the cozy atmosphere at Behavioral Fitness, with a warm cup of tea in hand, as you listen to poetry, reflect, and tap into your inner world. In this supportive community, we’ll create a space where you can drop into yourself, feel inspired, uplifted, and truly held.
Why join?
It's a perfect act of self-care: We often forget how much we need to pause and reflect. Writing can be a healing practice, allowing you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with your heart.
Feelings are our strongest motivators: When we slow down, we open up to the power of our emotions—the magic of writing is found in the feeling. It’s about listening, being present, and trusting the words that arise from within.
In a world that constantly pulls us in a thousand directions, being busy is often the greatest distraction from the deeper listening we need. But when we allow ourselves the gift of stillness, that’s when we can truly feel, create, and tap into our magical wells of love and inspiration.
So, take a step back from the rush of everyday life, give yourself permission to breathe, and join us for a cozy, uplifting, and creative experience.
Workshop Details:
When: Thursday, December 12, 2024
Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Where: Behavioral Fitness
In this workshop, we’ll tap into our inner voices and explore the power of intuition in writing. It’s not about following strict rules or crafting polished pieces—it’s about allowing yourself to write freely, discovering new creative pathways, and listening to what wants to emerge from within.
Whether you’re new to writing or have experience, this workshop is open to everyone. No prior writing experience is necessary—just come with an open mind, a curious heart, and a willingness to explore.

I can’t wait to share this time of creativity and connection with you. Let’s slow down, listen deeply, and tap into the magic of our intuition through writing.
Stay tuned for more writing workshops in the new year—intuitive and grief-focused—in my community, both in person and online. The workshops are designed to help you connect, reflect, and heal through writing, and I look forward to creating more spaces for us to explore these powerful practices together.
As we enter the holiday season, I want to take a moment to wish you and your loved ones a peaceful and happy holiday. For some, this time of year can bring up a beautiful blend of emotions, especially for those who are experiencing loss. Please know that you are not alone.
May you feel the warmth of your love and the support of those around you. May you offer grace to yourself for all you are feeling, and give yourself the time and space to be with both the joy and sorrow, discomfort and ease, light and dark that the holidays can bring.
I hope you find moments of peace and connection in this holiday season. Wishing you ease, grace, and the beauty of presence.
Thank you for being here and supporting my work and writing.
With warmth and gratitude,
Dina
