Spring is a beautiful time to be outside and ground with the earth's energy. It is also a lovely time of release and renewal, planting seeds of intention and welcoming new light and potential for growth. It is a time of rebirth and new beginnings, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Join me for a morning workshop for women to welcome the energy of Spring at Sugarloaf Open Space in Walnut Creek on Sunday, April 21, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Details and registration are here.
With this workshop, I invite you to slow down, connect to your body and breath with mindful flow and Mother Nature's grounding energy.
This workshop will combine traditional yoga poses, writing reflection, and group conversation to help you find stability, connection, and ease in your busy life.
Whether you're a seasoned yogini or a complete beginner, this workshop is for you. No prior yoga experience is needed, and all levels are welcome.
The workshop will begin with gentle movement to feel our way into the body. We will then close our practice time with guided breathwork and meditation. Then, we will sink into reflected writing and conversation to conclude our time together.
Come and dust off winter cobwebs and create fresh, new energy to carry you through the season ahead. We will awaken your senses and awareness, harmonize your nervous system, and strengthen your body.
Gift yourself the sweetness of self-care today, and join me in the nurturing energy of the outdoors, Yoga, writing, and community.
Details and registration are here.
Can't make the workshop but want a retreat experience? You can hire me to facilitate a yoga workshop for you and your girlfriends! If you or someone you know would like to host a private event for a birthday, shower, or just an excuse to get you and your gals together this spring or summer, I would be honored to lead a circle tailored to your interests and needs. You can learn more about my group offerings HERE.
You can also email me at dvarellasyoga@gmail.com if you have any questions or to schedule a time to connect over the phone to learn more.
