Spring is a time of balance and renewal, welcoming new light and life. It is a time of rebirth and new beginnings, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
I invite you to slow down with this Spring Yoga Workshop and connect to your body, breath, and mind through mindful flow, meditation, and Mother Nature's grounding energy.
Join me and other women as we cultivate intention, grace, and harmony.
